      It doesn’t matter if you don’t have experience as we offer a thorough induction and training package.  All we ask is that you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and want to make a difference.

    • Lambeth Long Term Mental Health Services are looking to recruit two Support Workers to provide support to customers in accommodation based services in the Kennington and Waterloo area.

      Good awareness of the needs of people with mental health issues is essential, as well as a strong commitment to supporting customers to receive an effective service which supports them to maximise their choice, independence and quality of life during their progress to recovery.

      The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes and Family Mosaic’s internal systems, as well as proven ability to communicate well with our customers, colleagues and key stakeholders.

      Our new support worker will be required to work with our customers in a person centred approach, focusing on recovery and supporting people to become independent and helping them to move on.

      The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload, including responsibilities for carrying out needs and risk assessments, support plans, reviews, attending CPA meetings, delivering best practice in safeguarding, and partnership working.

      This role requires working on a rota basis and includes evenings and weekends on a mixture of shift patterns including 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm.
