Family Mosaic are looking for Housing Support Worker's to work with people that have an Acquired Brain Injury. The role will involve supporting people with every day living skills and to promote independance working.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly in conjunction with the requirements of the support needs of our tenants, including participation in a rota for shifts including sleep in cover. They will be required to record accurate information through the relevant Family Mosaic policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be required to liaise with outside agencies and services in order to enhance and improve the services available for our tenants.and demonstrate the ability to motivate, listen and support people and work in a person centred manner effectively both independantly and within a team.
